I will start the commission once the full payment is received.

Split on milestone payment available when purchase total is more than $40 USD.

Please note that I do not accept refunds, unless it is on my side who's not able to do the commission.

Major changes after the sketch phase will be subject to an additional charge.

I will send WIP updates during: 1 sketch → 2 base color → 3 finishing

1, During the sketch phase, you can suggest any changes and change them until you are satisfied. 2 & 3, In the second and third stages, only minor changes can be made.

If there is a rare situation where something needs to be majorly revised, i will ask for a fee that accurately represents time, skill and resources used.

! Revisions does NOT apply to "surprise me" commissions !

Depending on the commission type, my time of delivery is flexible. Usually it could take up to 3-4 weeks.

I only deliver the final work in a ZIP file, + 1 additional PNG "post" file, which I also upload on my social media (unless requested otherwise).

I do not deliver my working files.

Commercial use shall be discussed further.

Do NOT edit the commissioned artwork.

Purchasing emotes / models gives you rights to use them on Twitch/Discord ( Personal use ) but does not give you the copyright to them, or the rights to resell them.

If you need a change, please kindly ask me for help.

Using my artwork for AI or NFT purposes is STRICTLY POHIBITED.

I , as the artist, reserve the right to use commission artwork for self promotion (social medias portfolio, patreon). If you want to keep your commission private, notify me about it.

Please make sure to credit me as the artist. Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.

Please note that I will always put my watermark on the artwork, unless it's under agreement of commercial use on watermark removal for product selling.

Heavy mechas, simple armors are fine.

Heavy gore and certain kinks.

HEAVY REFERENCE TO OTHER ILLUSTRATION, unless it's a free to use base-pose reference and is allowed for commission use by the original artist.

I'll let you know beforehand if there's something uncomfortable for me to start working, so we can find a solution for it~
